Day 8
This morning we got up and ate breakfast at 7am then left at 8am to go back to the school that we were at the day before to play with the children and finish hooking up laptops and Internet for the school. As soon as we got to the school you could tell that the kids were happy to see us, as well as, the principal. Today we had crafts for the children, took tons of pictures again, and played volleyball. We left from the school at noon and had lunch in San Ignacio at a very nice restaurant. My meal consisted of two chicken burritos and rice and beans. After lunch we walked downtown and looked around San Ignacio for awhile and then came back to the camp. We also got gas today for the bus which the final amount of completely shocked me. We had to pay around 5$ a gallon and the total amount came out to be $300. We we got back to camp we had about an hour of down time until lunch and I mostly just laid around. Dinner was delicious as always and afterwards we had class at 630pm until 830pm. Later we played some cards, did some school work, and then went to bed.
