Hard Core Adventures

So, to put it lightly, today was amazing. We went to a place called Blue Mountain Ridge (or something like that??) Anyway, I suppose the name isn't important. The bus ride was quite long.... a little over two hours. But it was well worth it. To start out the day, we stopped at an overlook where we hiked down and looked at some beautiful water flowing over the rocks. It was wonderful.

Next we went to a cave. It was kind of the coolest thing ever. Oh, forgot to mention that before we went there, a few of us stopped in the woods to use the restroom. You wanna talk about hard core! Haha. As we walked through the cave, I tried to find as many nooks and crannies as possible to take sweet pictures in. Mostly because it meant I could keep climbing and feeling cool that I was running all over like a spider monkey.

We finished the day by going swimming in some rapids. I experienced rock sliding for the first time.. that...was...awesome!!! Sure I've got a few bumps and bruises, but it was stellar. We definitely got our work out today.
